Gary Dourdan of "CSI" fame was the alleged victim of domestic violence Tuesday afternoon, and his much smaller girlfriend was cuffed and taken into custody ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Cops were called to a Venice, CA home in the early afternoon. We're told when they arrived they found Dourdan scratched up. They arrested Maria Asis del Alamo where she was taken to the station and booked on misdemeanor domestic battery.
Maria is 5'8", 110 lbs. Gary is 6'2" and his fighting weight is 190.
Maria is now free on bail.

Charlie Sheen will plead not guilty today in Aspen -- weather permitting -- to felony menacing and two misdemeanors, but the judge could ask a question that could land Charlie in jail.
Charlie is currently out on bail for the Christmas Day incident involving his wife, Brooke Mueller. One of the conditions of bail -- Charlie can't consume alcohol or use drugs.
Our sources say Charlie has fallen off the wagon since his arrest ... which is why he's currently in rehab. If the judge asks Charlie about rehab during Monday's arraignment and whether alcohol and/or drugs drove him there, Charlie is in a no-win situation.
If he tells the judge he consumed alcohol or used drugs, his bail can be revoked and he could be thrown in jail. If he tells the judge he did not use alcohol or drugs, he could face a perjury charge.
Technically, all Charlie has to do is say two words -- not guilty. The judge isn't required to ask about anything. But if he does ... all bets are off.
Charlie is scheduled to fly out this AM from L.A. to Aspen. Flights were canceled last night because of weather.

Michael Douglas' son Cameron will be stuck behind bars until he's sentenced for drug charges, after a judge shot down his bid for momentary freedom today in court.
Cameron has been locked up since last year, when his girlfriend smuggled him heroin while he was under house arrest awaiting trial.
Douglas has since pled guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and one count of possession of heroin.
Today in Federal Court in Manhattan, Cameron asked the judge to let him bail out so he could be transferred to a rehabilitation center.
The judge ruled Cameron was more likely to relapse if he was let out, and denied his bail.
Cameron is due back in court on April 14.

Charlie Sheen will not have his bail revoked because of his latest bout with substance abuse, sources tell TMZ.
One of the conditions of his bail: Charlie cannot use drugs or consume alcohol.
As we have already reported, Charlie slipped before entering rehab, but we're told unless new evidence surfaces, there will be no attempt to revoke Charlie's bail.

Charlie Sheen could go back to jail because he has violated the terms of his bail -- specifically by using drugs or alcohol. But sources tell us Charlie's people are confident they will dodge this bullet.
As we already reported, Charlie has not been clean and sober recently. But proving he slipped in a court of law is a whole different matter, and Charlie's reps are now confident info about his alcohol and drug use will remain under wraps.
We reported last night that the delay in checking Charlie into rehab was to make sure his legal position was not compromised in the criminal case.
The prosecutor in the case sounded surprised when we told him that last night, but Charlie's people are confident information about the "Two and a Half Men" star has been contained and will remain private -- at least in terms of admissible evidence of drug and alcohol use.
As for his show, sources tell us Warner Bros. can deliver the remaining 6 episodes to CBS, provided Charlie is back on set in two weeks from next Monday.

Charlie Sheen arrived at a rehab facility in the L.A. County area at 8 PM PT Tuesday ... TMZ has learned.
Sheen's rep said earlier in the day the "Two and a Half Men" star was already in rehab.
But sources tell TMZ there were several delays, primarily because Sheen's team wanted to make sure there were no legal ramifications resulting from Charlie's move.
Sources tell us Charlie had been "slipping" and that's why he decided to go into rehab.
TMZ contacted Arnold Mordkin, the prosecutor in Charlie's criminal case in Aspen, to find out if he was contacted by Charlie's lawyers and whether he gave any assurance he would not try and revoke Charlie's bail. Under the terms of bail, Charlie cannot take drugs or drink alcohol.
Mordkin sounded surprised but said he could not comment one way or the other.
As we first reported, Charlie is not in the same rehab facility as his wife, Brooke Mueller.
As for their kids, they were sleeping soundly Tuesday night. Charlie's mom was at the house and Martin Sheen joined her after performing his play in L.A.

Eddie Griffin thinks Dr. Conrad Murray is gettin' away with murder -- metaphorically -- because he thinks the Doc's bail was set WAYYYY too low for someone "we know injected Michael and killed him."

Griffin -- who was so close with Michael that he attended the famous 2004 molestation trial in Santa Maria -- had dinner with La Toya in Hollywood last night ... and on his way out, went off about the bail situation.
The comedian was a little off with his numbers (Murray's bail was set at $75k ... not $25k as Griffin insists), but he's clearly pissed off that a man like Murray got such a low bail, "but a regular little motherf**ker from the streets of Compton ... gets a million dollar bail."
FYI -- the judge in the Murray case actually departed upward from the standard bail rate in an involuntary manslaughter case ... it's usually set at $25k.

Dr. Conrad Murray was arraigned today and pled not guilty to involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of Michael Jackson. He was taken into custody for booking and bail was set at $75,000.

Jackson's parents and several of his siblings were front and center for the 25-minute hearing. The judge ruled as a condition to bail, Murray cannot be in possession of (or prescribe) anesthetics and specifically mentioned Propofol. At one point the judge said, "I do not want you sedating people."
Murray had to surrender his passport.
Murray will be in court again on April 5.

Warren Sapp posted bail this morning while his lawyer asked everyone to "reserve judgment" on Sapp until all the facts come out.
Sapp was arrested yesterday on one charge of misdemeanor domestic violence after an alleged altercation with his girlfriend in Miami.
He posted the $1,500 bond and was ordered to stay away from the alleged victim.
Sapp is in town to cover the Super Bowl for the NFL Network -- but was suspended by the network pending further investigation.

Dr. Conrad Murray will walk into court on his own free will Monday and face the judge after being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Our sources say counsel for Murray spoke by phone with members of the L.A. County District Attorney's Office this morning and the D.A. agreed Dr. Murray could surrender without being arrested.
Unless the LAPD intervenes on its own and hooks Dr. Murray up, we're told he'll show up in court with a bail bondsman on Monday. We're also told the recommended bail will be $25,000, which will be posted on the spot.
Sources also tell TMZ the arraignment will take place at 1:30 PM on Monday.
The judge will order Dr. Murray to go to an LAPD station for booking. It's unclear how long Murray will have to appear at the station.

Two law enforcement sources have just told TMZ Dr. Conrad Murray will not be charged today in the death of Michael Jackson.
As we first reported, Dr. Murray's lawyers prepared yesterday to surrender Dr. Murray today, but we are now told the D.A. will not pull the trigger until tomorrow at the earliest.
And, sources tell us, when Dr. Murray appears in court for the first time, the D.A. will recommend that bail be set at $25,000 -- standard for involuntary manslaughter in L.A. County.

Gary Coleman's penis was the key to his freedom after being jailed Sunday -- this according to the movie producers who claim to have paid Coleman's bail ... movie producers who have a serious hole in their story.
The producers sent out a press release bragging that they forked over the cash after Coleman agreed to allow them to use nude footage of him in their movie.
But several reputable media outlets in Utah are reporting the person who fronted Coleman's bail isn't a movie producer at all -- he's a fan who owns a loan business.
We called the producers, who double-talked us and wouldn't answer the question: did Coleman agree to trade nude footage for bail money?
Pardon us for saying ... but it kinda feels like a publicity ploy. Just sayin' ...

We're told Williams is in the prison ward in the emergency room at Bellevue Hospital Center in New York City.

An Aspen cop wrote a sworn statement saying Brooke Mueller told authorities Charlie Sheen had done this to her before -- this according to the officer's affidavit obtained by TMZ. And Mueller told cops Sheen held her down at knifepoint and threatened to have her killed if she told anyone.

Officer Rick Magnuson says in the affidavit when he responded to the location, dispatch had told him that the knife Sheen had allegedly threatened Mueller with was a switchblade, "like a pocket knife."
Magnuson says when he arrived he did not notice "any obvious injuries" on Mueller. When Magnuson arrived, Sheen was upstairs and Mueller was in the kitchen.
Magnuson took Sheen into the basement to talk, where Sheen said he had been having marital problems lately and that she "abuses alcohol." Sheen says Mueller began arguing with him at 3:30 AM and the argument escalated when she threatened to divorce him and take the children.
Sheen says the catalyst for the argument was when he "shared a song for his daughter whom he fathered with another woman" which made Mueller jealous.
Sheen says both parties were yelling at each other and they had each slapped the other on the arm during the argument. Sheen denied pushing or striking Mueller. Sheen says at one point he took Mueller's eyeglasses and broke them in front of her.
Sheen denied threatening Mueller with a knife or strangling her. He did acknowledge having a folding knife in his travel bag which was just outside the bedroom. Officer Magnuson went with Sheen to look inside the travel bag and saw a dark colored, locking knife with a 4-inch blade. The blade was locked in the open position.
The affidavit goes on to say another officer interviewed Mueller, who said she and Sheen were arguing in the bedroom and she said she wanted a divorce. She says Sheen became enraged, grabbed her by the upper part of her throat while straddling her on the bed. She says Sheen then pulled out a knife and held it to her throat, saying, "You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I'll kill you."
Mueller says Sheen added, "Your mother's money means nothing. I have ex-police I can hire who know how to get the job done and they won't leave any trace."
Mueller then says Sheen got off of her after she told him, "You're right. You're right. You're right. I'm sorry. I love you."
Magnuson says he then observed "red marks on the upper part of the front of her neck." Mueller says the marks were made as Sheen held her down on the bed. Mueller says Sheen placed a medium-sized, folding knife, blade exposed, next to her throat while he straddled her on the bed. Mueller says she was in pain and afraid she was going to die while Sheen's hand was on her throat.
Magnuson then placed Sheen under arrest.
